Technical Instructions for Civil Surgeons
A new TB classification (Class B: Latent TB Infection Needing Evaluation for Treatment) should be used for all applicants who are recent arrivals to the United States (less than 5 years) from countries with a high TB prevalence, with a Mantoux TST reaction of 10 mm or greater of induration, and no evidence of TB disease. See Section V of the TB Technical Instructions for other conditions for which referral for evaluation for treatment of latent TB infection is recommended. What if the applicant is NOT a recent arrival in US and does NOT have any evidence of TB disease? I hope there is another category for that (which might be exempt from treatment).

my cousin (think immi.com handle gcapnekbohi ) got his masters 1.5 years ago from university of phoenix .. through online program.
Soon after he tried to interfile his eb3 app for eb2 and he is currently appealing his NOID... reason 'inequality of credit weights from online masters since they are not transferable'.
Anybody know of anyone who has successfully gotten through to eb2 using an online masters? please pm me..thanks in advance.

Project Manager (10-15yrs exp) - 10-20 lakhs
Above this level, the jobs are far and few, but some are
Principal Consultant / Program Manager (in cos like Wipro, Infy, HP) (12- 18 yrs exp) - 18-28 lakhs
Also note, just because someone has worked in US for a few years does not get any advantage above Project Manager level.
Information based on many well placed contacts at these levels.

Don't worry about processing dates..
In a brief all centers will move 1 month forward and NSB with move 15 day forward....
The good thing regarding the processing date is we don't have retrogation..

Lawsuit was done few years ago by Rajiv Khanna. Its big business for the lawyers. End result: nothing. So if you want to throw your money to the lawyers, be my guest.
God helps those who help themselves and not to those who throw money to the lawyers. If you want to help yourself, then help IV.
If we have a strong case we won't end up in monetory loses. BTW USCIS has plenty of money now to pay with all those new fees they collected for the applications.
Lawyers will charge money for their service, but finding a good lawyer is what we have to do.

Your parents do not need A/V letter. They can supplement last 3 months of statements. If you still want to give a try. You can ask bank manager to send a letter with current amount on your A/C to the address mentioned on your A/C. which means, they are sending the information to the addressee on the A/C.
If I were you, I would wait until your job is done. Then, close the A/C with a reason specified "Not happy with service".
It will be helpful if you can mention the bank name on this forum for all our immigrant community.

May be its a stupid question? But let me ask anyway:-
Does STEM considers BS + 5 yrs as Advanced degree? I have 140 EB2 approved with BS +9 years of experince, even though EB2 is for advanced degree but I think I may not qualify for STEM since I do not have master,,is this true?

If you are on EB3 then you ARE retrogressed. The entire world (which includes Brazil) is retrogressed on EB3. Now, if you meant to write "EB2" then that's another story...

This bill is mostly for aviation safety. It doesn't necessarily applies to immigrants who are applying for permanent residency.
